Description
This film is set in Pointe-à-Pitre, Guadeloupe, and directed by Mallory Erowa-Pesley, who captures the perspective of his hometown. Through the ruins of the city, the words of a drug-addicted rapper, a former fighter of the Cuban Revolution, and women living in homes slated for demolition, it reflects the unbroken history of oppression and the will to resist.
