On October 12, Chairman Zhu Jiahua of the Taiwan Akashi Association, along with Village Chief Xie Xiyuan from Kaohsiung City and members of the Saitama Prefecture Taiwan-Japan Friendship Association, engaged in an exchange in Kawagoe City. Additionally, Lecturer Lin Zhengwen from Aitong University was also visiting Japan and joined the tour of Kawagoe City.
