Description
Set in 1950s Taiwan, the film 'A Foggy Tale' tells the story of Ah Yue, who comes to Taipei to retrieve the body of her brother executed during the White Terror. She nearly falls victim to a scam for the retrieval fee but is saved by Kuan-Ting Liu, a rickshaw puller and former soldier.
