Description
This work is inspired by the colonial maritime explorations of 18th-century botanist Joseph Banks, with Chang En-Man, who has roots in Taiwan's indigenous peoples, using the ancient songs of the Paiwan tribe to narrate the story of snails. The piece expresses the changes in environment and the habitats of living beings through the lens of non-native snails surviving in different conditions.
